Waiting Time: Additional waiting time on point-to-point services is not included and will be added to your bill if used.

Initial Waiting Time: Charges start after 15 minutes of requested pickup time.

Airport Pickups: On airport pickups we include up to 30 minutes of waiting from the actual flight arrival time, additional waiting time & parking if needed is not included in the provided rate & will be added to your bill.

How we Calculate the Time: All charges are on the hour; no half hour charges. If you go over your hourly reservation by 15 minutes, you would be charged an extra hour.

Extra Charges: The rate quoted prior to service is an estimate of the cost of requested services, the total may change due to additional waiting time, stops, etc.

Payment Responsibility: The cardholder is responsible for all payments. Cardholder understands and agrees to all charges provided by Select Limo Services LLC.  All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by customer, with either verbal or signed agreement of services. Select Limo Services LLC obtains credit card authorizations on all requests prior to a service date that exceeds its estimate, in case service goes over its estimated quote. Please note that 7% State taxes and a 3% convenience fee will be added to credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy:

• For SUV and Sedans: Cancellations received 24 hours prior to scheduled services will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations within the 24-hour period prior to scheduled services will be charged the full service amount.
 

• For Limos, Vintage Cars, Vans, or Buses: Cancellations received 48 hours prior to scheduled services will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations within the 48-hour period prior to scheduled services will be charged the full service amount.
 

• Changes: Changes within 24 hours of reserved/ scheduled time are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Changes outside the 24 hours are considered a new service and are subject to cancellation fees as stated above.
   

• Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees are not transferrable or applied to future services.

Special Events Dates Policy: This applies to any special Events as Super Bowl, New Year’s Eve, Prom, or any service marked as a Special Event on confirmation. Special Event Cancellation Policy supersedes standard cancellation policy. If the vehicle is not canceled within two weeks prior to date of service or otherwise dates marked on confirmation, a full charge will be applied. If the vehicle is canceled, a full charge will be applied, 100% non-refundable deposit is required on all jobs.

Liability Agreement: This agreement constitutes a contractual agreement between this company for the rental of a limousine service and specifically refers to the client's use of the limousine during the rental period. In addition to the hourly rate for the vehicle and chauffeur, any damage exceeding normal wear and tear on the rented vehicle will incur a minimum charge of $150.00 for general vehicle repair or cleaning. The determination of unusual wear and tear on the interior of the vehicle and its surroundings rests solely with Select Limo Services and its affiliates, and their experience with the general use of the rented vehicles is final.

Additional Services: If the service duration exceeds the previously estimated time, additional charges will apply according to our standard rates. Our chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the service without a refund (in the event of gross indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles or those of our affiliates. Select Limo Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or items left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity, regardless of the distance. In the event of a mechanical breakdown during a service, Select Limo Services LLC and its affiliates will make every effort to replace the vehicle and complete the service.

Baby Seats and Boosters: We do provide baby seats and boosters upon client’s request. By no means, Select Limo Services LLC guarantees the baby seats. Parents or guardian are responsible for inspection & securing the baby seat & child to the vehicle for their safety. The use of our baby seats and/or boosters is solely on the discretion & responsibility of the user, & Select Limo Services LLC is not responsible & relinquishes the use & responsibility to the user.
